  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.75 cup hot sauce such as Frank's RedHot
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup green onions, sliced plus more for garnish
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  3. Add the shredded chicken, hot sauce, garlic powder, and salt. Stir to combine.
  4. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and green onions until evenly distributed.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9-inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with additional green onions if desired.
  8. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or sliced baguette.

Notes

For extra heat, add a dash of cayenne pepper or use a hotter sauce. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the microwave or oven.
