- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy using an electric mixer.
- Add powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat on low speed until fully combined, then increase to medium and mix until fluffy.
- Add ground cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg, and molasses. Mix thoroughly until all spices are evenly distributed and the dip is smooth.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired. Serve with graham crackers, apple slices, or gingerbread cookies.
Notes
This dip can be made up to 2 days in advance and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Let it sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving for easier scooping. For a lighter version, substitute with reduced-fat cream cheese and omit the pecans.
