Preparation
  1. Add the banana, milk, water, sugar, salt, and vanilla to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and frothy.
  3. Taste the mixture and add more sugar if your banana isn’t super ripe.
  4. Pour over ice and enjoy cold.

Notes

Serve over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with banana slices or a sprinkle of cinnamon. It’s also delicious with snacks like banana brownies. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
