Steps
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. Rub all over with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the turkey breast.
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place the turkey breast in the air fryer basket, skin-side up. Cook for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a few sprigs of fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary to the air fryer basket while cooking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
