- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently with your hands until just combined—do not overmix.
- Roll the mixture into 16 evenly sized meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the meatballs are golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let cool for 2–3 minutes before serving. Enjoy with marinara sauce over zucchini noodles or whole wheat pasta for a complete Italian-inspired meal.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the mixture. These meatballs freeze beautifully—store cooled meatballs in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F until warmed through.
