Steps
- Spiralize the cucumbers using a spiralizer or vegetable peeler. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, red onion, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta to the bowl with the cucumbers.

Notes
For best results, use English or Persian cucumbers as they have fewer seeds and hold their shape well when spiralized. This salad is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days—note that the cucumbers may release water over time.
