  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix on low speed until combined, then increase speed and beat until fluffy.
  3. Gradually add milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the dip reaches your desired creamy consistency.
  4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips using a spatula.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs. Serve immediately with pretzels, apple slices, or cookies.

Notes
