- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. This helps the skin crisp up during baking.
- In a small bowl, mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Rub olive oil over both sides of each chicken thigh. Then sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place chicken thighs skin-side up on the prepared baking sheet. Leave space between each piece for even cooking.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden and crispy.
