- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Set up a breading station: place flour in a shallow bowl, beaten eggs in a second bowl, and a mixture of panko, parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper in a third bowl.8 oz mozzarella cheese

- Remove from oven, let cool 2 minutes, and serve with marinara or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For a gluten‑free version, substitute the flour and panko with almond flour and crushed pork rinds. These bites can also be frozen after coating; bake from frozen, adding 3‑4 extra minutes.
