  1. Separate lettuce leaves, wash thoroughly, and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess fat.
  3. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a creamy dressing.
  4. Assemble each wrap by placing a lettuce leaf on a plate, adding a few slices of bacon, tomato, and avocado, then drizzling with the mayo dressing and rolling tightly.
  5. Serve the wraps immediately, optionally garnished with extra pepper or a squeeze of lemon.
