- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes with green chilies, 0.5 cup cheddar cheese, milk, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle remaining 0.5 cup cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted and lightly golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or a sprinkle of paprika on top before baking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warmed through.
