- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the phyllo cups on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Fill each phyllo cup with 2–3 small cubes of brie.
- Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over the brie in each cup.
- Sprinkle thyme and black pepper evenly over the filled cups.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the brie is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Drizzle with remaining honey and top with chopped walnuts if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute brie with a plant-based soft cheese and use maple syrup instead of honey. These can be assembled ahead and refrigerated; bake just before serving for best texture.
