  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
  • 14 oz canned artichoke hearts drained and chopped

  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  3. Add the drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until fully combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm with tortilla chips, pita bread, or sliced baguette.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute low-fat cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. You can also add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven or microwave.
